I Acquisition Corp. is seeking shareholder approval to extend the deadline for completing a business combination from March to November 2024, which will provide additional time for this process. As of the redemption deadline, a significant number of Class A shares were elected for redemption, with the option for shareholders to withdraw such elections available until the day of the scheduled shareholder meeting. Additionally, a conversion of Class B shares to Class A shares has occurred, with the sponsor and COO waiving any rights to Trust Account funds for these shares and agreeing to the same restrictions as before.
