Monks Investment Trust Repurchases Shares for Treasury

Monks Investment Trust Shs GBP (GB:MNKS) has released an update.

Monks Investment Trust PLC has repurchased 200,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1,186.86p, which will be held in Treasury. This transaction affects the total shares in issue, now standing at 201,015,666 excluding those held in Treasury. Shareholders can use this figure for calculating any change in their shareholding interest under FCA rules.
