Miquel y Costas and Miquel (ES:MCM) has released an update.
Miquel y Costas & Miquel, S.A. has announced a complementary dividend for the 2023 fiscal year, with a gross amount of 0.12250000 per share, set to be paid out on July 18, 2024. Shareholders will retain 0.09922500 per share after a 19% withholding, except for those holding more than 5% of the capital. The payment will be processed through Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. and IBERCLEAR systems.
