In a significant update to its shareholders, Micro-X Limited disclosed a change in the holdings of Director Alexander Gosling, who recently acquired 263,157 Ordinary Shares and 131,578 Unlisted Options, with the transaction valued at $25,000. This purchase, part of the company’s Share Purchase Plan, has increased Dr. Gosling’s indirect stake in the company to 795,308 shares, alongside his existing 60,186 Unlisted Performance Rights and newly acquired options. No information was provided on changes in director’s interests in contracts, and all trading was conducted in compliance with the company’s policies.
