Micro-X Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of Director Jim McDowell, as per the latest director’s interest notice. McDowell acquired an additional 157,894 Ordinary Shares and 78,947 Unlisted Options valued at $15,000, following a shareholder-approved Share Purchase Plan at the company’s EGM in May 2024. The transaction has adjusted McDowell’s holdings to a total of 503,720 Direct and 376,460 Indirect Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, alongside 60,186 Unlisted Performance Rights and 78,497 Unlisted Options.
