mdf commerce Acquired by KKR, Set to Delist

mdf commerce inc. (TSE:MDF) has released an update.

mdf commerce inc., a Canadian SaaS leader in digital commerce technologies, has successfully completed its acquisition by global investment firm KKR, as announced by company executives. The transaction received shareholder approval and final court clearance, with shareholders advised to facilitate share exchanges for C$5.80 per share in cash. The company is expected to delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange by May 22, 2024, and will be pursuing the termination of its public reporting obligations.
