Matex International Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Chiang Yao Chong as an Independent Director, effective from May 1, 2024. He will also serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. This appointment is part of a broader reshuffle in the company’s Board and Board Committees.
