Lucapa Diamond Company Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of director Mr. Miles Kennedy. The shift involved an off-market transfer of 570,030 fully paid ordinary shares from an indirect interest to a direct interest with no change in the total number of shares held by Mr. Kennedy. This transaction was executed at an effective price of 8.3 cents per share.
