Litigation Capital Management Limited has executed a share buyback through Canaccord Genuity Limited, purchasing 70,488 Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 112 pence each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of an ongoing Share Buyback Programme, leaving the company with a total of 114,747,431 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding those held by Canaccord. Shareholders may use this new total share count for regulatory disclosure obligations.
