Lindian Resources Limited is advancing its Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, with detailed engineering design works for Stage 1 initiated and two experienced D&C contractors engaged. The community engagement plan has been well-received locally and is under review by the Malawi government, while the company is finalizing the Stage 1 feasibility study and financial modeling, expected by late June 2024. A sole contractor for the process plant design and construction is set to be appointed in Q3 2024, as the project moves closer to the construction phase.
