Leju Holdings Faces NYSE Delisting, Moves to OTC

Leju Holdings (LEJU) has released an update.

Leju Holdings Limited has been notified by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that it will begin delisting proceedings for the company’s American depositary shares due to non-compliance with market capitalization and stockholders’ equity requirements. The suspension of trading on the NYSE took effect after market close on April 11, 2024, with expectations for the shares to move to the OTC Markets. The company will continue to meet SEC reporting obligations despite the transition.
