Learning Technologies Group PLC has reported a significant change in share ownership, with Richard Griffiths now holding a total of 3.45% of the company’s voting rights as of September 17, 2024. This new stake is a combination of direct shareholdings and financial instruments like Contracts for Difference (CFDs). The movement past the 3% threshold, which is a notable level of ownership in UK-listed companies, was officially notified to the company and the Financial Conduct Authority on September 19, 2024.
