Land Securities Group PLC has announced that as of July 31, 2024, their issued share capital comprises 751,683,119 shares, with 6,789,236 shares held in Treasury, whose voting rights are waived. Therefore, the total available voting rights in the company amount to 744,893,883. Shareholders may use this count as a reference for disclosing changes in their stake as per the Transparency Rules.
