L Catterton Asia Risks Nasdaq Delisting Over Compliance

L Catterton Asia Acquisition (LCAA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about listing compliance status.

L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp was notified by Nasdaq of non-compliance for not holding an annual shareholder meeting. The company has until March 21, 2024, to propose a compliance plan or potentially until June 28, 2024, to comply. However, this may be resolved sooner as the company is expected to complete a merger with Lotus Technology Inc. in early 2024, which if done by the deadline, would negate the need for a compliance plan.
