On February 22, 2024, L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp completed its business combination with Lotus Technology Inc., leading to significant corporate restructuring, including amendments to share classifications and warrants. As a result, new agreements were established, such as the Registration Rights Agreement and the Assignment, Assumption and Amendment Agreement. Trading of the new company’s ADSs and warrants is expected to commence on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “LOT” and “LOTWW” respectively. Concurrently, LCAA securities will be delisted from Nasdaq and deregistered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
