Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for shareholders to vote on the election of a new non-standing member of the Audit Committee, Lee Sung-Ho. Shareholders registered by June 3, 2024, are eligible to vote at the EGM scheduled for July 9, 2024. The EGM agenda includes an audit report and may be rescheduled, if necessary, with updates to be disclosed in future filings.
