Formerly the CFO of Marsh and with extensive experience in financial services, particularly insurance, Walsh’s leadership is anticipated to continue driving AIG’s growth and shareholder value. He succeeds Sabra Purtill, who will assist in his transition and focus on strategic projects for AIG. Walsh’s compensation includes a base salary, cash bonuses, and equity awards, reflecting his significant role in the company’s future.
