JZR Gold Raises Funds, Advances Brazil Project

Jazz Resources (TSE:JZR) has released an update.

JZR Gold Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $804,399.90 through the issuance of over 5.3 million units at $0.15 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The funds are earmarked for advancing the Vila Nova Gold project in Brazil, paying debts, and general working capital. Additionally, the company has seen a director’s resignation and granted stock options to its COO.
