Jasper Commerce Inc. has finalized the sale of its Product Information Management business to Digital Commerce Payments Inc., with potential earn-out payments contingent on the business’s future revenue. The deal, insufficient to cover Jasper’s consolidated liabilities, will not yield economic returns for its shareholders. Following the transaction, Jasper’s focus will shift to exploring new acquisition or merger opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
