Jasper Commerce Inc. is undergoing a strategic realignment with changes to its leadership team following the resignation of Jeff Klam from the Board of Directors. Mag Saad will take on the additional role of fractional CEO, while founder Jon Marsella will become fractional President, both effective April 22, 2024. The company is also seeking a new fractional CFO to replace Ken Gutierrez, who is departing to pursue other opportunities.
