Janus International Awards CFO $5M Retention Incentive

Janus International Group, Inc. has awarded Anselm Wong, the CFO, a special one-time restricted stock unit grant valued at $5 million to encourage his retention and align his interests with the shareholders’. The award, part of a larger incentive plan, will vest over three years, provided Wong remains with the company.
