Island Pharmaceuticals Ltd (AU:ILA) has released an update.

Island Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced a new securities issuance proposal, which includes 50 million ordinary fully paid shares and 50 million unlisted options with varying expiration terms, all subject to shareholder approval. The options have an exercise price of 7 cents, with expiries set at 12 and 24 months from the issue date. The proposed issue date for these securities is 8/10/2024.
