IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones SA has announced the payment of the second interest installment on its Series XIX Notes, due 2025, with an outstanding capital of ARS 26,203,845,375 and an annual nominal interest rate of 36.2904%. The payment, totaling ARS 2,396,910,103.51, is scheduled for August 28, 2024, to holders registered by August 27, 2024.
