InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the buyback of 112,008 of its ordinary shares on July 25, 2024, with prices ranging from £78.4800 to £80.0000 per share, intending to cancel the purchased shares. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital consists of 160,956,599 ordinary shares, excluding the treasury-held shares.
