InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has bought back 10,000 of its own shares on 27 August 2024, with prices ranging from £74.56 to £75.50 per share, averaging at £74.9863. The company plans to cancel these repurchased shares, which will leave it with 159,738,468 ordinary shares in issue, excluding the treasury-held shares.
