InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the buyback of 19,876 of its own shares on 23 July 2024, with prices ranging from £81.3800 to £82.6200 per share. The company has confirmed the cancellation of these shares, consequently reducing the total number of ordinary shares in issue. This move comes as part of the execution of the authority granted by shareholders earlier in the year.
