InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has bought back 36,557 of its ordinary shares on May 15, 2024, with prices ranging from £77.70 to £78.38 per share, averaging at £78.0711. The shares were acquired through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange and will be canceled, leaving the company with 162,568,472 shares in issue. This move follows the authorization given by shareholders at the recent Annual General Meeting.
