Integra Resources (TSE:ITR) has released an update.
Integra Resources Corp. has announced a C$10 million bought deal public offering of 11,112,000 units at C$0.90 each, with the option for underwriters to purchase additional units for over-allotments. This offering includes common shares and warrants, with the latter allowing holders to buy more shares at C$1.20 within 36 months. The funds raised will be used for exploration and development of Integra’s projects and for general corporate purposes.
