Integra Resources Corp has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, with a 47.09% shareholder turnout voting on key proposals. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the appointment of nine directors, the selection of MNP LLP as auditors, and the adoption of an amended equity incentive plan. Integra also announced an upcoming investor webinar to discuss mid-year updates, featuring President and CEO Jason Kosec.
