Insignia Financial Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Michelle Somerville’s interest notice, highlighting an update in custodianship for her indirect shareholding. Effective from September 16, 2024, Netwealth Investments Ltd is now the custodian for the 32,117 ordinary shares held by the Somerville Family Trust in Insignia Financial. No securities were acquired or disposed of in the process.
