Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.
Inchcape plc has announced the buyback of 170,867 of its shares on August 14, 2024, at prices ranging from 806.00p to 818.00p per share, with the intention to cancel all the purchased shares. This move is part of a share buyback programme initiated on August 1, 2024, and has reduced the total number of ordinary shares to 411,259,657. Since the start of the programme, Inchcape has acquired 1,747,475 shares at a total cost of over £14 million.
