Inchcape plc has announced a significant step in its share buyback program, purchasing 175,605 ordinary shares on August 13, 2024, with the intention of canceling them to reduce the number of shares in issue. The program, which started on August 1, 2024, has now acquired a total of 1,576,608 shares for £12.87 million. This move is part of Inchcape’s ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value.
