Imdex Ltd has issued a supplementary notice amending details related to Resolution 8 ahead of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), following stakeholder feedback. The AGM remains scheduled for 17 October 2024, at the same location, and a new proxy form is provided, superseding previously submitted forms unless not replaced. Shareholders are encouraged to review the supplementary materials and submit their updated proxy forms for the upcoming meeting.
