Ilwella Pty Ltd has increased its stake in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM), with voting power now at 90.13%, up from 87.05%, following a successful off-market takeover bid by Diatreme Resources Limited. This change in interest comes after Ilwella’s acceptance of the offer made by Diatreme Resources, resulting in ownership of an additional 29,537,737 fully paid ordinary shares in MLM.
