Illumina ( (ILMN) ) has issued an update.
Illumina, Inc. has announced that their General Counsel and Secretary, Charles Dadswell, will be leaving the company but will remain in an advisory role until March 2025. Scott Davies will take over as Interim General Counsel and Secretary. Dadswell will continue to receive his regular compensation and, upon completing his advisory role, a lump-sum payment of $600,000. He will also get a severance package that includes his annual salary, health benefits, outplacement services, and potential annual incentive award.
