IHH Healthcare Bhd has announced a reshuffle in its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with the resignation of Mohd Shahazwan Bin Mohd Harris. The committee will now be chaired by Dato’ Sri Muthanna Bin Abdullah, with four other members, maintaining a strong independent non-executive presence. The change, effective from August 29, 2024, is expected to guide the company’s executive compensation and leadership selection.
