IHH Healthcare Bhd (IHHHF) has released an update.
IHH Healthcare Bhd has announced a change in their Nomination and Remuneration Committee with the resignation of Mr. Yoichiro Endo. Following the change, the committee will be chaired by Dato’ Sri Muthanna Bin Abdullah, with four other members including three Independent Non-Executive Directors and one Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. This reshuffle is set to take effect from 29th August 2024.
