IHH Healthcare Bhd (IHHHF) has released an update.
The Employees Provident Fund Board, a major shareholder in IHH Healthcare Berhad, has reduced its direct interest in the company by disposing of a total of 4,037,200 ordinary shares on October 8, 2024. Following the disposal, the Fund still retains a substantial direct interest with 893,218,912 shares, equating to a 10.139% stake in IHH Healthcare. This change in shareholding was formally announced on October 11, 2024.
