Identitii Limited has secured a commitment from major shareholder Beauvais Capital to partially underwrite its rights issue offer up to $900,000, in a move that extends the offer’s closing date to July 4, 2024. The funds raised are aimed at maintaining the company’s commercial growth and momentum. This pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer allows existing shareholders to purchase additional shares, reinforcing shareholder support and enabling further business opportunities.
