Ibex Technologies (TSE:IBT) has released an update.
IBEX Technologies Inc. has successfully completed its sale to BBI Solutions OEM Limited through an amalgamation process, with a total sale value of approximately $37.9 million, at $1.45 per share in cash. The transaction received overwhelming shareholder approval with nearly 100% in favor and will result in IBEX delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange by April 11, 2024. IBEX is now set to cease being a reporting issuer, marking the end of its tenure as an independent entity on the stock exchange.
