Ibex Technologies (TSE:IBT) has released an update.
IBEX Technologies Inc. shareholders have overwhelmingly approved a buyout by BBI Solutions OEM Limited, with the acquisition valued at approximately $37.9 million. This approval, signifying nearly unanimous support, paves the way for BBI to purchase all outstanding shares of IBEX at $1.45 each, with the transaction expected to finalize on April 8, 2024. IBEX, a manufacturer of proteins for biomedical use, will be joining forces with BBI, an international provider of immunoassay products and services.
