i-80 Gold Corp successfully concluded its 2024 annual and special meeting, with all director nominees elected and the reappointment of Grant Thornton LLP as auditors. Shareholders also greenlit all measures under the company’s omnibus share incentive plan. Additionally, the company’s Governance and Nominating Committee has initiated a CEO succession planning process.
