Hiscox (GB:HSX) has released an update.
Hiscox Ltd has recently executed the second tranche of its share buyback program, purchasing 44,703 of its own ordinary shares. The shares were acquired through Citigroup Global Markets Limited at prices ranging from 1,222.00 to 1,250.00 GBp per share, with a volume weighted average price of 1,239.23 GBp. Following the purchase, the shares are set to be cancelled.
