Hiscox Ltd has successfully completed the purchase of 44,224 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 1,255.00 GBp and 1,271.00 GBp, with an average cost of 1,262.11 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buyback program. These shares will subsequently be cancelled, as detailed in a recent transaction disclosure.
