Hiscox Ltd has recently executed the second tranche of its share buyback program, purchasing 44,076 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 1,251.73 GBp, with prices ranging from 1,240.00 to 1,264.00 GBp per share. The transaction, carried out through Citigroup Global Markets Limited, resulted in the acquired shares being cancelled, as a part of the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital efficiently.
