Hiscox Ltd has successfully completed a purchase of 44,674 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,148.00 to 1,163.00 GBp per share, with the average price being 1,154.26 GBp. Following the buyback, the acquired shares will be cancelled as per the company’s share buyback program with transactions executed through Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
