HICL Infrastructure PLC has executed a share buyback, acquiring 247,071 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 126.22 pence each, as part of its ongoing buyback programme. These shares will be held in treasury, maintaining the total ordinary shares in issue at over 2 billion, excluding treasury shares.
