Hellenic Telecom Organization SA (HLTOY) has released an update.
The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. has announced the purchase of 30,244 of its own shares as part of its 2024 Share Buy Back Programme, with the transactions occurring between July 29 and August 2, 2024. The total cost of the buyback was €449,287.52, reflecting an average purchase price of €14.85543 per share. As a result of this buyback, the company now holds 1,745,256 own shares, representing 0.423% of its total outstanding shares.
