Hammerson PLC, a UK-based real estate investment trust, has reported a change in significant shareholdings after Lighthouse Properties plc adjusted its position. The Malta-headquartered company’s total voting rights in Hammerson now stand at 5.9%, a decrease from the previous notification of 6.78%. This shift occurred on July 16, 2024, and was formally notified to Hammerson two days later.
