Hammerson Plc, a UK-based real estate investment trust, has notified shareholders of a significant change in holdings following an acquisition or disposal of financial instruments by Lighthouse Properties plc. The transaction resulted in Lighthouse Properties holding 6.78% of Hammerson’s voting rights, marking a decrease from their previous notification of 7.3%. The notification was completed in Amsterdam on July 8, 2024, as per the regulatory requirements.
